The Speaker Jan Schnedler ( https://www.linkedin.c om/in/jan-schnedler-ll-m-82003025/ )\, LL.M.\, is a lawyer and expert in technology transfer and startup law. He advises founders on all legal m atters relating to startups so that they can sleep soundly and concentra te on developing their business model. Jan wrote the book “Startup Law” to help founders with limited financial resources overcome most legal hu rdles on their own. He also offers individual advice on various (legal) startup topics.
