During this focused one-day session, you will assess your organisation’s AI readiness, clarify strategic priorities and identify the initiatives most relevant to your specific context. Rather than discussing generic AI use cases, the workshop helps you develop a realistic path forward – aligned with your organisation’s maturity, ambition and risk tolerance.
